To register and maintain an account on 333rs, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:
333rs reserves the right to require proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified.
Each person may hold only one account on 333rs. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of the name, email address, payment method or device used. If 333rs identifies that a person holds more than one account, all accounts may be suspended, all associated balances forfeited, and access to the platform permanently denied.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your account profile is accurate and kept up to date. 333rs will use the information you provide for account verification, transaction processing and communication. Providing false information at any stage is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Your username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 333rs support immediately at support@333rs.biz. 333rs strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available for all accounts at no charge.
333rs is required to verify the identity of members before processing withdrawals. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may require you to submit a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement no older than three months), and in some cases documentation relating to your payment method. 333rs aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.
You may request closure of your 333rs account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of a voluntary account closure request (subject to pending wagering requirements on bonus funds being met) will be returned to your verified payment method. 333rs may close accounts at its discretion where a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred, in which case forfeiture of funds may apply depending on the nature of the breach.

333rs charges zero fees on any deposit. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 333rs reserves the right to return a deposit and request alternative funding where the source of funds cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.
Deposits are credited to your 333rs wallet in PKR at the amount transferred, with no conversion or deduction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and VIP tier.
Withdrawals from your 333rs account are processed in PKR to a verified payment method registered in your own name. The following conditions apply:
333rs charges zero fees on withdrawals. Any fees applied by your bank or wallet provider are outside the control of 333rs. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or unresolved disputes, 333rs may delay withdrawal processing pending investigation. You will be informed of any such hold and the reason for it.
333rs offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions and VIP rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
333rs reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via account notification where possible.
The following rules apply to all sports and cricket betting activity on 333rs:
Bets are accepted only when sufficient funds are available in your 333rs wallet. A bet is only confirmed once a bet receipt has been issued to your account. Verbal or unconfirmed bets are not valid. The minimum bet across all markets is Rs 20.
Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which your bet will be settled unless the bet is placed on a live market where odds are subject to change until confirmation. 333rs reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to settle bets at the corrected price. Any winnings generated from a clearly erroneous price may be voided at the discretion of 333rs.
Bets are settled based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches). In cases where a result is disputed or under review, 333rs may delay settlement until the matter is officially resolved. Abandoned matches and events that do not complete the scheduled number of overs or rounds may be voided and stakes returned depending on the specific market rules.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned in circumstances including: event abandonment, market removal due to data error, pricing error, or match-fixing investigation. Voided bets do not count toward wagering requirements on bonus funds.
All casino games on 333rs, including Andar Bahar, Poker, Ludo Games and live dealer formats, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical cards dealt by human dealers on camera. 333rs warrants that no manipulation of outcomes occurs in any direction. The house edge and Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed in the respective game section of the platform.
In poker cash games, 333rs collects a rake as described in the Poker section of the platform. Tournament fees are charged as a fixed percentage on top of the prize pool contribution. By entering any poker game or tournament on 333rs, you acknowledge and accept the applicable rake and fee structure.
Game malfunctions — whether caused by software error, connectivity failure or any other technical issue — void all affected game rounds. Stakes on voided rounds are returned to your wallet. 333rs is not liable for losses that occur as a result of a player's own internet connection failure during a game session.
The 333rs VIP Club operates across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is based on accumulated loyalty points earned through qualifying wagers on the platform. The points-to-tier thresholds, tier benefits, cashback rates and other VIP terms are published in detail on the VIP Club page at 333rs.biz/vip-club.
333rs reserves the right to modify VIP tier benefits, point allocation rates and thresholds at any time. Existing tier status will be honoured for the remainder of the current qualifying period where material changes are made. VIP points and tier status are non-transferable between accounts. Points have no monetary value outside of their function within the 333rs loyalty programme and cannot be withdrawn as cash directly.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333rs platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:
Where prohibited conduct is identified, 333rs will take action proportionate to the severity, which may include immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and reporting to relevant authorities.
333rs takes the security of your account and personal data seriously. The platform uses AES-256 encryption for all stored sensitive data and requires HTTPS for all connections. Payment card processing is handled through PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure — full card numbers are never stored on 333rs servers.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. 333rs will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or telephone. If you receive any communication purporting to be from 333rs that asks for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support@333rs.biz immediately. 333rs recommends using a unique, strong password for your account and enabling two-factor authentication through your account security settings.
333rs is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help members manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings and take effect immediately when activated.
If you self-exclude from 333rs, the exclusion is applied immediately and remains in effect for the period you specify. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, bet, or receive promotional communications. 333rs will not contact you during a self-exclusion period with any gaming-related material.

333rs strictly prohibits access to minors. If 333rs has reason to believe that a member is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification, and any funds on the account will be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation.
All content on the 333rs platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 333rs or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, display or create derivative works from any part of the 333rs platform without prior written permission. Use of the 333rs brand name or logo in any context outside the platform requires explicit written authorisation from 333rs management.
333rs provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While 333rs makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, it does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions or technical issues at all times. In the event of a platform outage, 333rs will endeavour to restore service as quickly as possible and will communicate updates to affected members.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333rs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. 333rs's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arose.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. 333rs does not guarantee any particular outcome and is not responsible for losses incurred through normal, fair play on the platform.
If you believe that a bet has been settled incorrectly, a game outcome was in error, or any other transaction on your account is incorrect, you must raise the dispute with 333rs support within 30 days of the transaction in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
To raise a dispute, contact the 333rs support team at support@333rs.biz with the following information: your account username, the date and time of the relevant transaction, the specific market or game in question, and a clear description of the issue you believe occurred. The 333rs support team will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and provide a full response within 5 business days of receiving all required information.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the standard support process to your satisfaction, it may be escalated to the relevant independent dispute resolution body associated with 333rs's gaming licence. Details of this body are available on request from the support team.
333rs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — 333rs will provide notice via email to your registered address and/or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where operationally practicable.
Your continued use of the 333rs platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your account before the changes take effect. Outstanding balances will be returned to your verified payment method upon closure.
